i used to use Nephentes before but not anymore, honeypots like this will only grab outdated irc botnets and such
last year i remember alot of people still scanning for dcom and lsass

There's an alternative: Nepenthes VMWare Appliance.

And also mwcollectd, which "is a versatile malware collection daemon, uniting the best features of nepenthes and honeytrap licensed under the LGPL"
